Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed after 11:00am EST on Friday, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 5 to 10 business days after processing Europe and UK: 7 to 14 business days after processing Other International: Typically 12 to 20 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are in addition to the 1 to 2 day processing period.

International Shipping

RiteState ships to select countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Actual transit time may be impacted by customs clearance, carrier delays, or local postal services.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Orders under $50 incur a standard shipping fee clearly shown at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Bundle offers may include reduced or free shipping — see promotion details at checkout.

Taxes, Duties and Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities. These charges are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated and are payable upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office for details before ordering.

Order Cancellations

If you placed an order by mistake email us at contact@ritestate.com immediately. We will do our best to cancel or update the order before it ships. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or refunded until received and processed as a return per our refund policy.
