Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within two hours of placement by contacting contact@ritestate.com. If your order has already shipped please proceed with our return process below.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted if all of the following are true:
Initiated within 30 days of delivery Items must be in original unused condition with packaging intact Proof of purchase must be provided
Exceptions: Hygiene related products such as nasal strips and mouth tape are non-returnable unless unopened or defective.
Return Instructions
Step 1 — Contact Us Email contact@ritestate.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Step 2 — Return Authorization Await a reply with authorization and step by step instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Step 3 — Packaging Repack the item securely with all original materials.
Step 4 — Shipping Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Policy
You will be notified when your returned item is received and inspected within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. If you do not see the refund check with your card provider then contact us if needed.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for incorrect, defective, or damaged products at no additional shipping charge if initiated within 30 days of delivery. For exchanges due to wrong size or color preference please complete a return and place a new order.
Exceptions and Issues
Defective or Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt for a free replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Product: Contact us immediately so we can correct the issue at no added cost.
Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier or supplier.
Processing Times

Return Shipping Address
You will receive the correct return address and instructions with your authorization email as items may ship from multiple supplier locations. Contact contact@ritestate.com before sending any item back.
A Note on Dropshipping Orders
Some products are shipped directly from our supplier partners. We will provide exact return instructions per product and processing times may vary based on supplier confirmation.
